Resilient DeKalb is the County’s first coordinated sustainability and resilience program, led through the Office of the Chief Sustainability Officer and backed by the Office of the CEO.

Skip links, named navigation regions, page landmarks, logical heading order and visible focus states support keyboard and screen-reader use.

Perceive

Readable content

Text contrast, scalable layouts, meaningful link names and image descriptions help residents find and understand information.

Maintain

Continuous review

New pages, images, forms and downloadable documents should be checked before publication and monitored after launch.
